Every capability your organisation needs to identify itself, delegate authority and exchange trusted data, in a single interface your team already understands.
Issue, send and hold attestations
Create reusable credential templates (approved supplier, employee, corporate e-mail), then issue and send attestations to other organisations and to natural persons. Hold the attestations you receive too, all built on Yivi's proven technology.
Members, roles and mandates
Invite colleagues, assign roles and revoke access instantly. Authority is explicit and traceable, so you always know who may act on the organisation's behalf, and who did.
Secure document delivery
Send and receive documents through an encrypted, legally meaningful channel, with delivery confirmation. The verifiable equivalent of registered post, without the paperwork.
Safe communication over QERDS
Exchange messages and correspondence with other organisations and public bodies over a Qualified Electronic Registered Delivery Service (QERDS), with proof of who sent what and when and tamper-evident integrity. The legal certainty of eIDAS built into every conversation.
Encrypted file sharing
Share sensitive files with PostGuard end-to-end encryption. Recipients need no account: they authenticate with Yivi and only the intended reader can open the file.
Complete audit trail
Every mutation is recorded in a per-organisation audit log. Exportable, transparent and built for the accountability regulators and partners expect from a business.
Your brand, your hosting
Theme the wallet with your own logo and colours. Run it as a managed service or self-host it on your own infrastructure. Your data stays yours.
Open by design, ready for the enterprise
The prototype is built on the same open-source foundations as Yivi, so there are no black boxes and no lock-in. It is designed to fit how real organisations work.
- Multi-tenant from the ground up. Run several organisations side by side, each with its own members, branding and isolated data.
- Log in with Yivi. No new password to manage. Members authenticate with the privacy-friendly Yivi app, disclosing only what a given action requires.
- Bring your own storage. Deploy against your own database and infrastructure for full control, or let us host it for you.
- Open source and auditable. Inspect, extend and verify every line. Independence and transparency are the point, not an afterthought.
- Standards-based. Built on OpenID4VP and the EUDI trust framework, so it interoperates with citizen wallets and the wider European ecosystem.

Passwordless login
Members sign in with their EU Digital Identity wallet by scanning a QR code, disclosing only their e-mail address. No passwords, no shared secrets.
Verified onboarding
A new organisation registers against the KVK and the representative proves their identity with their EU Digital Identity wallet, so every wallet is tied to a real, register-verified entity.
Invite members, assign roles
Colleagues receive an invitation to join the organisation for a specific role. They accept with their EU Digital Identity wallet, so every member is a verified person and authority stays explicit and revocable.
Issue, send and hold attestations
Define reusable templates for credentials such as approved supplier, employee or corporate e-mail, then send attestations to other organisations and to natural persons. Your organisation holds the attestations it receives too, all on Yivi's proven technology.
Complete audit trail

A head start on the European Business Wallet
On 19 November 2025 the European Commission proposed the European Business Wallet: a wallet for companies and public bodies to identify themselves, sign and seal documents, and exchange verified data with full legal effect across borders.
